By using the services of Cleanera Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

3. Scope of Services
Cleanera Limited provides professional domestic and commercial cleaning services. Services are agreed upon at the time of booking and tailored to individual client needs. Clients are responsible for providing cleaning materials unless otherwise arranged in advance. If our team is required to bring their own products or equipment, an additional charge may apply.

4. Booking and Payment
All services must be booked in advance. Invoices are issued weekly and payment is required within 48 hours of receipt. We accept payment by bank transfer or other approved methods. Late payments may incur a fee.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a partial fee. If a cleaner arrives and cannot access the premises, the full service fee may be charged.

6. Termination of Services
Clients may terminate recurring services with 14 days’ written notice. Cleanera Limited reserves the right to cancel services at any time in cases of breach of these terms, safety concerns, or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Insurance and Liability
We are fully covered by public liability insurance for services provided through Cleanera Limited. We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of client-supplied cleaning products, third-party equipment, or pre-existing conditions.

8. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any health or safety risks present in the property. Cleaners have the right to refuse service if they deem the environment unsafe.

9. Service Limitations
We do not offer sick or holiday pay to subcontractors. In the event of absence, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative cover.

10. Non-Solicitation Clause
Clients must not engage or offer direct work to any Cleanera Limited subcontractor for a period of 12 months after their last service. A breach of this policy will result in a £500 penalty charged to both the client and the subcontractor.

11. Feedback and Complaints
We value your feedback and aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address your concerns promptly.

12. GDPR & Privacy Policy
Cleanera Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. In accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018:

  • We collect only necessary personal data (e.g., name, contact details, address) for providing services.

  • Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

  • You have the right to access, update, or delete your data at any time.
